Role Overview

As a Client Relations Associate at Learner Education, you will be instrumental in improving the student journey. Your role encompasses providing outstanding customer service, proactively managing interactions, and fostering an optimal learning atmosphere.

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with customer relationship management tools such as Zendesk is a plus.

Equipment Requirements:
A personal computer or laptop and reliable high-speed internet connection.

Work Environment

Location and Commitment:
This is a fully remote position with a focus on U.S. Eastern Time. It is a full-time role that requires availability on weekends.
