当社は、サンノゼに拠点を置く日本の化学/製薬/バイオ企業で、バイリンガルのHRコーディネーターを募集しています。
職務の責任:
この役職は、海外駐在員および人事部門への管理サポートを提供します。
具体的には、以下の業務を担当します:
1. 海外駐在員の米国への移転に関するサポート(住居探し、車のリース、銀行口座の開設、SSNの申請、家具の購入/賃貸など)。
2. 新入社員向けの資料を準備し、オリエンテーションを実施。
3. 労働ビザの有効期限管理および更新手続きの支援。
4. 機密情報の取り扱いと、必要に応じて駐在員ポリシーの更新および説明。
5. 給与準備(月次)、年末の調整、駐在員の税務申告支援。
6. 北米の子会社を含む人事グループの日常業務の支援。
7. 人事文書およびアーカイブの整理・管理。
8. 会社イベントの計画支援。
9. その他のアドホック業務の支援。
資格:
1. 人事分野での2年以上の経験、または管理職での3年以上の経験。
2. 英語と日本語に堪能であること。
3. 強力なコミュニケーションスキルを持つこと。
4. 問題解決能力が高いこと。
5. 優れた組織能力を持つこと。
6. PCソフトウェアスキル(Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook)、ADP WFNの経験があれば尚可。
7. 在宅勤務またはオフィス勤務が必要に応じて行えること(週に少なくとも2回はオフィスに出勤する必要があります)。
8. 旅行は通常必要ありません。
