Human Resources Coordinator

LE002 Flagship Facility Services LLC is in search of a Human Resources Coordinator to enhance our Operations Team. The successful applicant will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management, along with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a service-oriented HR position. Proficiency in ADP HRIS, recruitment and staffing capabilities, as well as experience with labor unions, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver HR assistance to the Operations Team
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires
  • Manage benefits enrollment processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Capacity to operate autonomously
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (Mandatory)

Work Environment:

  • Varied office settings from small to large
  • Dynamic and fast-paced workplace

Physical Requirements:

The candidate should be capable of standing, walking, and sitting for extended durations, with the ability to occasionally lift items weighing up to 40 pounds. Specific visual capabilities are also necessary.
