Your Role:

As an AIS Services Sales Manager, you will spearhead the development of tailored solutions utilizing Remote Visual Inspection (RVI) products and services. You will be accountable for crafting and executing a strategic sales plan for your designated region, fostering robust relationships with clients to successfully implement innovative projects that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of RVI field services and robotics solutions within a specified region.
  • Develop and execute proposal strategies and sales agreements, including long-term master services agreements for key clients.
  • Structure deals, establish pricing, and assist in customer negotiations.
  • Identify new business opportunities in collaboration with functional partners to innovate products and services.

What You Bring:

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
  • At least 3 years of additional experience in sales and proposal development.
  • Prior experience in selling RVI and/or robotics inspection services.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead small teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities, with a knack for problem-solving.
