Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience for customers
  • Execute cash handling to standards and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
  • Engage customers on benefits of our rewards program and complete enrollments
  • Educate customers on our Voice of Customer (VOC) survey and encourage feedback
  • Participate in the truck un-load and stocking processes to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management
  • Responsible for completing merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return and go-back process
  • Support shrink and safety programs to prevent loss and ensure a safe working environment
  • Assist with omnichannel processes to provide a seamless shopping experience for customers
  • Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions to meet their needs
  • Interact with colleagues in an accepting and respectful manner, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements:

  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
