Sales Account Representative

iPromo, a leading distributor of promotional products, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Work closely with the design team to provide product recommendations and samples to clients.
- Manage sales orders and coordinate with account coordinators to ensure timely delivery.
- Participate in presentations, meetings, and industry trade shows to promote iPromo's products and services.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in promotional product sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of sales success and customer relationship management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
