Business Development Manager

Join Affirma, LLC as a key player in our sales team and contribute to our mission to deliver exceptional technology solutions to our clients. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling our consulting services, with a focus on Data & Analytics. Your primary goal will be to partner with senior leadership to identify and pursue new business opportunities, while also expanding and closing sales across enterprise accounts.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and targeting
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet the needs of our clients
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that our solutions are aligned with the latest technologies and best practices
**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the IT services industry
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Strong understanding of data and analytics, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
