About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at SPENGA Austin. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success in our studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and exceed sales and retention expectations
  • Manage all operational aspects of the business, including ordering supplies, equipment maintenance, payroll, scheduling, and cleanliness
  • Lead, train, motivate, and manage all staff to represent SPENGA
  • Sell memberships and retail
  • Retain and increase client participation
  • Submit accurate and timely reports
  • Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining this community, and driving business growth and success in our studio.
