We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at NFP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and Manage Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Benefits Administration and Consulting: Provide expert advice and guidance on benefits administration, HealthCare Reform, and industry trends to clients.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of client deliverables and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver presentations to clients, carriers, and other stakeholders, articulating complex ideas and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Team Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience and 4+ years of health and welfare consulting experience.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License required, with GBA or CEBS Certification a plus.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and anticipate client needs.
