Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team in North America. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will be responsible for driving growth with our platform partners, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and executing deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for key platform partners, articulating strategies for expansion and growth.
  • Establish strong relationships with platform partners by understanding their strategic objectives and decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate closely with other Wise teams to develop and enhance Wise product capabilities in the online platforms vertical through new integrated partnership opportunities.
  • Develop deep expertise in payments and demonstrate thought leadership on complex topics.
  • Work on projects and initiatives to improve our strategy and approach both within the North America region and globally.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in an Account Management or Enterprise Sales role, working in the payment space.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with a range of stakeholders, including CEOs, heads of payments, product managers, and risk and innovation teams.
  • Familiarity with the software and FinTech landscape in North America, and understanding of how cross-border payments work for businesses today.
  • Track record of successfully growing accounts in the software and financial services space to generate increased revenues.
  • Hands-on approach, with the ability to lead partner calls, listen to feedback, and work with the wider team to devise a plan to achieve partner expectations while meeting our objectives.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to understand where we can invest to have the biggest impact.
  • Comfortable discussing technical, commercial, and legal terms.
  • Passionate about high-growth businesses and desire to contribute significantly to our overarching Wise Platform mission.
