About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Amazon Business team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and managing a book of business by leveraging solution-selling, traditional and digital prospecting tactics, and supporting long-term strategic customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities with Fortune 5000 senior leadership and procurement teams
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive spend adoption and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer procurement needs
  • Provide expert knowledge of Amazon Business features and products to create personalized solutions for each institution
  • Manage deployment and ensure successful adoption of Amazon Business solutions
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding program goals and revenue targets
  • Demonstrated success identifying, prioritizing, developing, and growing a book of Fortune ~2K strategic customer accounts
  • Expert use of MS Office Suite, CRMs, and other systems
  • Experience with customer-facing communication, including leading in-person or virtual customer meetings, product demonstrations, or trainings

Compensation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $62,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $132,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
