Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishes presentation standards and develops intricate charts and reports tailored for procurement agents and management to facilitate the analysis and oversight of procurement components (e.g., supplier pricing, delivery timelines, quality metrics).
  • Manages procurement tasks for low-value, straightforward purchases and executes orders based on pre-negotiated strategic agreements.
  • Assists Procurement Agents with higher-value procurement activities and provides guidance to junior Procurement Coordinators.
  • Inputs data, executes complex queries, and updates databases for procurement agents, management, and other stakeholders to maintain data accuracy and promptness.
  • Designs, develops, and sustains procurement databases.
  • Gathers, organizes, analyzes, and disseminates data from various systems and databases to procurement agents and management to effectively assess processes and performance within the procurement cycle.
  • Engages with suppliers, procurement agents, and internal stakeholders to identify and rectify issues related to the procurement cycle, including quotes, billing, contracts, and documentation discrepancies to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Collects requirements and assembles documentation (e.g., drawings, specifications, statements of work) from diverse data sources to communicate contractual needs to suppliers.
  • Coordinates the scheduling and organization of meetings, records and distributes meeting minutes and agendas, processes and files forms and documentation, and performs additional administrative tasks to enhance the efficiency of procurement operations.
