The Role

We're seeking a motivated Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our GTM Sales Team. As an Account Executive, you'll play a crucial role in building pipeline, generating revenue, and expanding our most strategic customers. You'll work closely with our sales team to define and iterate on our sales motions, providing customer feedback to inform our roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new potential accounts by educating contacts about how they can increase their team's collaboration, transparency, and productivity with Notion.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Notion's existing customer base while identifying opportunities for expanding usage.
  • Be creative and iterate on the contract renewal process to retain and grow customers while mitigating churn or contraction.
  • Hold face-to-face and Zoom meetings with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and goals.
  • Drive executive-level relationships and run product demos to close business at or above quota level.
  • Help build playbooks and define our sales motion, working collaboratively with internal teams.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of full-cycle sales experience at a fast-growing software company.
  • A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles, hitting or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a positive and open-minded attitude.
  • A builder mentality, thriving in collaborative environments and finding creative solutions to ambiguity.
