Key Responsibilities- Oversee the monthly billing cycle for all tenant accounts.
- Address tenant inquiries and collaborate with various departments within the organization.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, ensuring accurate rent adjustments.
- Ensure timely generation and upload of rent statements to the tenant portal.
- Prepare Accounts Receivable summaries for monthly meetings with the accounting team.
- Set up and manage tenant billing for Common Area Maintenance (CAM), insurance, and real estate taxes.
- Process escalations for CPI, RE Tax, Insurance, and operating expenses, as well as utility pass-through billings.
- Engage in diverse special projects as required.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable within the Commercial Real Estate sector.
- A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with MRI, Yardi, or similar real estate software is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
