**Job Overview:**

  • Represent Rite-Hite's products and services in assigned territories, focusing on capital equipment sales, large projects, and key accounts.
  • Grow existing accounts and acquire new customers through strategic business development and relationship-building.
  • Introduce new products to the territory, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, driving business growth and revenue expansion.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective sales execution.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.

**Requirements:**

  • 4-year degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Minimum 3 years of successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex sales data, identify trends, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Good mechanical aptitude, with a basic understanding of industrial equipment and processes.
