About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Trauma Sales team in East Florida. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Stryker Trauma Sales team to achieve territory market share objectives
  • Analyze market information to identify new business opportunities and create sales plans and marketing strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with local hospital staff and surgeons, as well as internal relationships with sales associates
  • Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets and expenditures, and provide recommendations on pricing schedules and discount rates
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business or medical discipline preferred) or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of demonstrated successful sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry
  • 2+ years of sales management experience and/or demonstrated ability to work with and lead others to accomplish sales goals
  • Knowledge of current office technologies, including the MS Office suite and databases
