Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and margins within your assigned territory while identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and agents
  • Provide technical advice and counsel to customers and agents as needed
  • Travel through assigned territory to meet with customers and generate business opportunities
  • Develop and implement presentations to showcase products and services
  • Conduct training for agents on sales techniques and product attributes
  • Participate in industry events to cultivate customer relationships
  • Monitor competitive data and report on regional sales results
  • Forecast quarterly and annual business demand and growth
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 6+ years of sales experience with a strong background in manufacturing
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the utility industry
  • Knowledge of electrical engineering and product offerings
