Job Title: Senior Technology Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technology Sales Manager to join our team at Naztec International Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth in new client acquisition and expanding our existing client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure new business with prospects and existing clients in an assigned territory.
  • Manage client relationships, drive the sales cycle, and pursue opportunities to expand scope and services.
  • Recruit for your own accounts and support the recruitment process for your team's accounts.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews directly with client accounts.
  • Conduct quality checks and performance evaluations with clients for placed candidates.
  • Assist the sales team in navigating incoming orders and prioritizing new requisitions.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and generate new business from existing accounts and new clients.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Closing and managing all relationships with clients, prospective clients, and partners.
  • Participate in company-sponsored and company-hosted events.
  • Travel for client meetings, build relationships, and generate leads and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Account Management/Business development experience.
  • Prior IT/IT Staffing or Solutions Sales experience.
  • Prior experience in building and managing assigned regions/territories.
  • Passionate about Sales, business development, and meeting goals.
  • Previous experience and proficiency with CRM/ATS systems.
  • Ability to network, communicate, and build strong and genuine relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people.
  • Ensures world-class customer service for all clients.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be ambitious and driven by success and rewards.

Benefits:

  • Base Salary - $60,000 - $65,000/year.
  • Handsome Commission + Travel Allowance.
