Job Overview

CentiMark Corporation is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the Southern Sales Team. This role is responsible for developing, managing, and guiding sales activities to drive business growth and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Project Managers, Service Sales Representatives, and Technical Representatives to ensure job duties are met, goals are on target, and employees are performing effectively and efficiently.
  • Review sales activity to ensure Sales Representatives are on track with processing and exceeding leads, opportunities, and follow-up of deals and projects.
  • Develop territory marketing plans and monitor execution to ensure Representatives are developing their territory.
  • Strategize with Sales Representatives on pending projects to secure contracts.
  • Develop training plans and calendars for new Sales Representatives and drive business development to grow market share.
  • Support the Southern Group by attending and leading sales calls and providing up-to-date information to the Region.
  • Act as a source of information for Operations and Sales.
  • Schedule customer office visits as needed and prepare progress reports for Management.
  • Visit managed offices regularly and accompany Sales Representatives on sales appointments.
  • Plan and participate in regional business planning meetings and annual sales meetings.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience in Outside Sales or Territory Sales Team Management.
  • Solid qualifying and closing ability, as well as a history of sales success.
  • Strong time and territory management skills and a motivation to develop new accounts.
  • Commercial/Industrial sales experience required.
  • Commercial roofing experience preferred.
  • College degree preferred.
  • 25% overnight travel within Florida required.
