Regional Sales Executive

The Regional Sales Executive is a key role at National Recruiters, responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for securing new group benefits contracts, developing strategic growth plans, and acquiring new members through effective sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers to drive sales growth.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Conduct product and technology training for brokers to enhance their sales capabilities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new medical and specialty businesses.
- Provide training and support to brokers on available tools and resources.
- Attend industry events to generate leads and expand business opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to provide product support and drive sales.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and carrier products to provide expert advice to brokers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education preferred.
- 5-8 years of insurance sales experience is a plus.
- Valid Florida life/health insurance license.
- Strong sales, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt under pressure.
- Computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel as needed and work remotely.
