Opportunity Overview
HotRun Inc. is on the lookout for a seasoned National Account Manager who thrives in a performance-driven environment. This role is pivotal in enhancing our corporate culture while providing avenues for professional growth within the packaging sector. The ideal candidate will focus on new business acquisition and the management of customer accounts across the upper Midwest, specifically dealing with rigid packaging products.

Key Responsibilities
As a National Account Manager, your primary duties will include:

  • New Business Development (80%) – You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and securing new customer accounts, ensuring a robust future pipeline.
  • Account Management (20%) – You will oversee existing customer accounts, managing project efforts, ensuring product installation, resolving issues, and identifying new applications to meet customer needs.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
  • Demonstrated sales experience in the packaging industry, with a focus on prospecting and developing new customer relationships.
  • A self-motivated, results-oriented approach with a strong technical understanding.
  • Proven success in territory management and customer retention strategies.

Additional Information
