Key Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Essential Duties:
- Drive sustainable sales growth through effective conversion, penetration, and retention strategies targeting health systems.
- Achieve or surpass organizational key performance indicators, sales targets, and quotas by managing account performance and collaborating with sales leadership as necessary.
- Engage in negotiations with national, regional, and local health systems at the highest levels.
- Enhance value by leveraging existing relationships within targeted accounts to gain access to key decision-makers.
- Establish and nurture high-level strategic relationships with customers, building trusted partnerships with VPs and C-suite executives to position Aesculap as a valuable resource.
- Identify and cultivate Aesculap's advocates within each health system network, creating a comprehensive influence map.
- Translate business strategies into clear objectives and actionable tactics for effective communication and execution with sales leadership, ensuring accountability for driving initiatives.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
