About the Role

Haiilo is a leading provider of employee communications software, serving over 1,000 international clients, including Asana, PWC, and Google Cloud. We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our US sales team and drive growth in the US market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Close new logos and generate new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) for our Internal Communications and Modern Intranet solution.
  • Educate prospects on our solution through calls, demos, and customized presentations, highlighting the value of increased employee engagement and eNPS, and reduced employee turnover costs.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery to understand prospect pain points and demonstrate how our solution addresses them.
  • Work closely with Solutions Consultants to ensure proposed solutions meet client needs and align with their business goals and objectives.
  • Prepare new business proposals and pricing, negotiate commercial terms, and work with legal to close contracts.
  • Travel domestically for prospect meetings and occasionally to Europe.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of work experience in Enterprise B2B software sales, preferably with SaaS models.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, especially in closing six-figure deals.
  • Experience using MEDDICC sales methodology.
  • Several years of selling to VP and C-level executives, building relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Sales roles focused on selling to greenfield accounts.
