Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at EPIC Brokers. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for serving as the lead service executive on our top-tier accounts in the sports and entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives at our client companies
- Provide exceptional service to our clients, including proactive communication and timely issue resolution
- Lead client meetings and calls, and drive the EPIC Brokers renewal timeline on all accounts
- Travel regularly for in-person client meetings and presentations
- Review and prepare insurance applications, evaluate quotes, and negotiate renewal terms and conditions
- Prepare renewal proposals and lead presentations to clients
- Effectively communicate with markets to bind coverage, manage invoicing, and process mid-term coverage endorsements
- College degree preferred
- Georgia Property & Casualty Agents license required
- Professional designations preferred
- Account Executive experience with a demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service
- Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office products
- Applied Systems experience preferred
- Familiarity with certificate issuance and strong understanding of CGL coverage form
- Excellent organizational skills, written and oral communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment
