About the Role

Peak Living, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our properties are well-maintained, safe, and clean.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Assist the Community Manager in hiring, training, and evaluating maintenance staff, as well as providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their job responsibilities.
  • Maintenance Operations: Schedule and oversee maintenance work, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our properties are safe, clean, and well-maintained, and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to residents and respond to their maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with the Community Manager, maintenance staff, and other stakeholders to ensure that maintenance needs are met and that our properties are running smoothly.
Requirements
  • Experience: One year of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and basic knowledge of HVAC and maintenance operations.
