Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the forecasting and planning process by analyzing actual performance against budget and forecast.
  • Manage and maintain the company's forecasting and planning software.
  • Ensure data consistency between the forecasting software and the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align data for budgeting, forecasting, and key performance indicators.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of monthly financial reports in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Support the creation of the monthly financial reporting package for stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally to assist departments with budget and forecast inquiries.
  • Contribute to the annual budgeting process alongside department managers.
  • Generate reports under the guidance of the Finance Director and Senior FP&A Analyst for departmental analysis.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analytical support to the finance and accounting teams.
  • Engage in a learning-rich environment with regular interaction across functions.
  • Take on additional projects and responsibilities as the organization evolves.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Experience in financial analysis, particularly with large datasets and financial modeling.
  • 2 to 8 years of experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, financial reporting, and budgeting software is desirable.
