Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for answering patient questions on the phone and in Epic queue. This is a hybrid role, which means you will work remotely but may be asked to come into the office on occasion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- EPIC experience
- Prior call center experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
