About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team. As a member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you can grow and develop your skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.

Job Summary

The Healthcare Support Specialist will assist nursing service personnel with various patient care activities and related services. This may include assisting with personal hygiene, taking vital signs, and changing bed linens. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Assist nursing service personnel with patient care activities
  • Take vital signs and monitor patient condition
  • Change bed linens and maintain patient rooms
  • Serve and collect food trays, provide between-meal nourishment, and clean, sterilize, store, and prepare other supplies
Requirements
  • CPR certification required
  • CNA certification preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
