Overview:The Nagler Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admissions Office Support Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to support the admissions process, working closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination with prospective students and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and assist all visitors to our office, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Manage incoming phone calls and email inquiries, responding promptly and efficiently to provide information to prospective applicants, consultants, and representatives.
- Coordinate visitor appointments and maintain our office's master calendar, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Prepare and distribute informational materials, including letters and packets for inquiries, accepted students, and financial aid processes.
- Maintain accurate and secure records of office activities, ensuring data integrity in our admissions database.
- Process inquiries and assign them to the appropriate team members, facilitating efficient communication and follow-up.
- Schedule interviews, events, and open house sessions in the database, ensuring smooth logistics and timely execution.
- Import application data and assign fee waivers as needed, streamlining the admissions process.
- Handle mail processing and route items to the relevant recipients, maintaining organization and efficiency.
- Assist families with login and navigation of online portals, providing technical support and guidance.
- Generate reports reflecting office activities and fulfill district reporting requirements, showcasing our team's achievements.
- Manage and update student records, including international student documentation and transcripts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Process withdrawal or status change forms for students, handling administrative tasks with care and attention to detail.
- Manage office supplies and process related purchase orders, maintaining a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Supervise and assign tasks to student workers supporting the office, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
- Assist in planning and organizing events such as open houses and revisit days, managing attendee lists, badges, refreshments, and facilities requests.
- A welcoming and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and work independently within a collaborative environment.
- Experience in office settings and familiarity with customer-focused roles preferred.
$60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
