About the Role:
We are looking for a Support Services Specialist to support our leadership team at UnitedHealth Group. As a Support Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, utilizing your skills and experience to drive success. This is a full-time position requiring a strong work ethic, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to senior-level executives
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas
  • Develop and maintain organized systems for documentation and communication
  • Coordinate large meetings, including virtual events and teleconferences
  • Utilize MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
