Job Summary: Ascentria Care Alliance is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to oversee the reception area and provide administrative support to employees of all levels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct telephone calls, greeting external and internal visitors, and distributing mail and faxes.
  • Organize staff trainings, including developing training schedules, copying materials, and preparing sign-in and evaluation sheets.
  • Manage office supplies, including ordering and inventorying, with approval from the Manager/Director.
  • Create and maintain office form files, replenishing forms as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all office visitors, including clients, guardians, providers, vendors, and staff.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative office support experience required, with 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
  • Valid driver's license, positive driving record, and proof of automobile insurance.
