About the Job

This role involves coordinating large meetings, including virtual meetings and teleconferences. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing presentations, reports, agendas, and other communications using various software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate multiple projects that may span multiple weeks with multiple stakeholders.
  • Work from the ReadyMED Worcester office.
  • Develop processes to maximize efficiency of administrative duties.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
