Field Sales Consultant – Construction Materials – Competitive Salary – Location TBD

- In light of their ongoing expansion, they are seeking a Field Sales Consultant to join their team. This role will focus on developing and nurturing client relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients
- Participate in project planning meetings
- Manage projects from inception to completion
- Conduct material takeoff estimations
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree or relevant experience
- A minimum of 2 years in sales within the construction sector and project oversight
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation Package:
- Base salary ranging from 70k to 100k, negotiable based on experience
- Commission structure with a draw plan after an initial period, tailored to individual needs

- 401k plan with employer matching
- Mileage reimbursement
- Uncapped commission potential following the ramp-up phase
