Compensation: Expected Salary Range $65k-75k (based on experience); Expected Total Compensation $100k with commission
Position Overview
The Field Sales Consultant is responsible for nurturing and managing the customer relationships within a designated sales territory. This role involves the daily promotion of Radwell's services, including repair, surplus, distribution products, and asset recovery solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee sales operations within a specific geographic area.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the sales process and optimize product positioning for maximum revenue generation.
- Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure positive experiences.
- Utilize market data to formulate sales strategies and establish performance targets.
- Negotiate and execute agreements with clients.
- Generate reports for management and clientele.
- Set sales objectives by devising a strategic sales plan and quotas aligned with broader organizational goals.
- Identify new product opportunities and recommend enhancements by analyzing consumer needs and competitor activities.
Note: Responsibilities may evolve over time, and additional tasks may be assigned as necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales or customer relationship management.
- Ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals and environments.

- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- A clean driving record and familiarity with the geographical area is advantageous.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities.
- Technical expertise is beneficial.
- Familiarity with automation products is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Education & Experience
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in the industry.
- Knowledge of technical or industrial products is a plus.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent driving and walking.
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds, and continuous lifting of up to 10 pounds.
Bonus/Commission Structure
Eligible for commission following the successful completion of the training period.
