Position Overview

We are a dynamic business consulting and sales organization situated in Rochester, dedicated to innovative marketing strategies and effective sales methodologies that attract esteemed clients. As our clientele continues to grow, we are seeking motivated entry-level professionals to fill the role of Telecommunications Account Representative. This position focuses on aiding our clients in fostering robust relationships with potential customers, securing new accounts, enhancing annual sales figures, and broadening their market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with prominent business prospects to deliver impactful presentations and cultivate enduring customer relationships.
  • Inform potential clients about our client's existing products, current promotions, and updated service offerings.
  • Support our clients in acquiring new accounts and managing expanding market territories.
  • Collaborate closely with our Senior Account Managers to gain comprehensive knowledge of our client's marketing initiatives, sales tactics, and team objectives.
  • Review sales agreements with clients, address their concerns, and negotiate terms through strategic upselling of products and services that are mutually beneficial.
  • Participate in all conference calls and on-site training sessions to remain informed about our client's sales advancements.
  • Work in tandem with fellow Telecommunications Account Representatives, Sales Associates, and Marketing Representatives to ensure client satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • 0-3 years of experience in roles such as Account Manager, Sales Representative, or similar leadership positions is preferred.
  • Exhibits a positive attitude and a strong desire to cultivate leadership skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Capable of working independently while also being adaptable in team collaborations.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in developing solutions.
  • Possesses excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Reliable transportation is required for on-site responsibilities.
