Sales Channel Growth Expert

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and be able to effectively manage and grow existing partner channel sales, as well as develop new accounts and OEM projects.
We offer a competitive salary of $100,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and expansion in North America.
- Manage and grow existing Partner Channel Sales, Develop new Partner Channel Sales accounts and OEM projects.
- Report and analyze the US sales market for our partner sales channel.
- Be the key driver in meeting the sales forecast.
- Be responsible for effective sales management.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Be the key driver in the development of existing / new key partner sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key high-profile customers and sales partners at both senior and mid-management levels.
- Provide sales support at conferences and Exhibitions.
- Provide timely accurate Sales / Forecast figures. Manage sales effectively through CRM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of industrial automation sales experience in Sales / Technical support.
- Previous sales experience is required.
- Experience with machine vision products and solutions preferred.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Travel requirement (approximately 50%) visit existing and new customers and have current passport.
- Spanish speaking preferred but not required.
