Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at ClimateMaster. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional brand and buying experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with our sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for our customers.
- Collaborate with our representatives and distributors to understand their business goals and objectives, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Proactively manage orders to ensure timely delivery, coordinating with our production control, purchasing, and shipping teams to ensure a smooth process.
- Handle customer complaints, provide solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure proper resolution, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Build sustainable business relationships through open and interactive communication, fostering a culture of trust and cooperation.
- Update customer information in our database during and after each interaction, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Work cross-functionally with multiple departments to stay updated on product knowledge and informed of any potential changes, ensuring a cohesive and effective team effort.
- Offer support to our strategic business partners to grow sales and revenue, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Project management oriented, collaborating goals with our sales and strategic business partners to drive results and achieve success.
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve department efficiency and services performed, continuously improving our processes and operations.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree in a business-related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of customer service experience is required, with experience serving large, needy customers and understanding how to meet their needs.
- Knowledge of HVAC products is preferred.
- The ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with strong Excel skills is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a variety of customer issues are essential.
