TEKsystems is looking for an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our client's team in Oklahoma City. This role is a direct hire position and will be a full time employee of our client. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing a CX strategy from end to end and can help implement strategy across the organization.

Most important skills required:

Experience implementing CX Strategy from end to end

Customer Journey Mapping experience

Experience analyzing data and looking across an enterprise to make strategic decisions

Ability to question current journeys to build better, more efficient approaches

This role is hybrid on-site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma - 3 days a week minimum.
