Position Overview:
As a Customer Relations Specialist at Zions Bancorporation, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their banking requirements, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive banking services by accurately handling all financial transactions promptly and within authorized limits, while maintaining a strong balancing record.
- Leverage knowledge of available banking products and services to enhance and strengthen client relationships.
- Identify and fulfill clients' needs by offering a variety of services, including account maintenance, money transfers, and loan payment processing.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences while identifying opportunities for product referrals.
- Explore and maximize cross-selling opportunities based on clients' specific needs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies while maintaining confidentiality of client information.
- Address client concerns directly or refer them to appropriate resources when necessary.
- Collaborate with management to discuss progress towards individual and branch goals.
- Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- A minimum of one year of experience in customer service, banking, or a related field is required.
- Prior experience in cash handling or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with effective communication abilities.
- Basic math proficiency and familiarity with computers and cash handling tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions is essential.
- Knowledge of banking products and services is advantageous.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and referral targets.
- Reliable attendance and strong time management skills.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule available during standard banking hours.
