Position Overview: We are seeking an Agency Partner to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will cultivate and oversee partnerships with Snap's Independent Media Agencies, assisting them in enhancing their digital footprint on Snapchat. This position requires extensive sales acumen, exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, the capacity to juggle multiple projects, and a profound understanding of the digital advertising landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strategic priorities to amplify the effectiveness and value of Snapchat's advertising solutions through Independent Agencies.
  • Oversee the financial outcomes of your Agencies, ensuring that both annual and quarterly partnership objectives are achieved.
  • Serve as the primary contact, escalation point, and thought leader for your Agencies.
  • Position Snapchat as a premier platform for brand development and business growth among various Agency stakeholders.
  • Design and implement comprehensive educational initiatives across all Agency functions (media, digital, strategic planning).
  • Conduct formal business evaluations with Agency leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Gain a deep understanding of Agencies' operations and craft tailored solutions to address their requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and collaboration across all aspects of the Agency, including Investment, Planning, Social, and Research.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth among new and existing clients.
  • Monitor revenue performance across the Agency portfolio in the U.S. and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively across various functions.
  • Comprehension of Snapchat's value proposition, with the skill to simplify complex ideas into accessible language.
  • Experience in navigating matrix organizations and securing support from key internal stakeholders.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proven track record of building relationships at the executive level, both internally and externally.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, agency relations, media sales, and/or online advertising, with a focus on managing businesses or accounts.
  • Experience in fostering relationships with account contacts and driving revenue growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales and marketing within a commission-based role targeting advertising agencies.
  • Direct experience in managing agency relationships.
