Position Overview: We are seeking an Agency Partner to cultivate and oversee relationships with Independent Media Agencies, enhancing their digital footprint on Snapchat. This role requires a robust background in sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the capability to juggle multiple initiatives while possessing a comprehensive understanding of the digital advertising landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the effectiveness of Snapchat's advertising solutions through Independent Agencies.
  • Accountable for the financial success of assigned Agencies, ensuring that both annual and quarterly partnership objectives are achieved.
  • Serve as the primary liaison and thought leader for your Agencies, providing guidance and support.
  • Position Snapchat as a premier platform for brand building and business growth among various Agency stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver educational programs tailored to all Agency functions, including media, digital, and strategic planning.
  • Conduct formal reviews with Agency leadership to assess performance and strategize future initiatives.
  • Gain insights into Agency operations to tailor solutions that address their specific needs.
  • Deliver exceptional client service across all Agency functions, including Investment, Planning, Social, and Research.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth among both new and existing clients.
  • Monitor revenue performance across the Agency portfolio and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across various functions.
  • In-depth understanding of Snapchat's value proposition, with the capability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Experience in navigating matrix organizations and securing support from key internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Demonstrated success in building relationships at the executive level both internally and externally.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, agency relations, media sales, or online advertising.
  • Experience in developing relationships with account contacts to drive revenue growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in sales and marketing within a commission-based environment focused on advertising agencies.
  • Direct experience managing agency relationships.
