We are seeking a full-time Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This position will report directly to our Customer Care Lead. As a vital link between our brand and our customers, you will be responsible for monitoring all customer interactions, addressing inquiries, and discovering opportunities to enhance our service quality. You will embody our brand's voice and establish the standards for community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of Madhappy's communication style to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Handle and respond to incoming customer support requests across various channels.
- Foster and nurture relationships with customers through proactive outreach efforts.
- Maintain an organized and current client database.
- Track customer experiences across multiple platforms and touchpoints.
- Identify customer needs and take initiative to ensure positive interactions.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of customer experience processes, including internal communications and reporting.
- Oversee returns and backorders through our online systems.
- Collaborate with the Customer Care team to manage order fulfillment as necessary.
- Work alongside the Customer Care Lead to optimize FAQs and returns processes for seamless customer interactions.
- Coordinate closely with production and marketing teams to keep the Customer Care team informed about product releases.
- Utilize external tools to streamline and document customer inquiries.
- Assist with office management tasks, including organization and preparation for product fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support.
- Strong passion for customer experience and relationship management.
- Optimistic and energetic demeanor.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
