Position Overview:- Act as a reliable consultant on employee relations issues
- Oversee inquiries into complaints and disputes
- Formulate and execute plans for addressing employee relations challenges
- Guarantee adherence to labor laws and regulations
- Administer leave of absence initiatives
- Facilitate training sessions on employee relations and inclusivity
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in employee relations
- Familiarity with labor laws, especially in California
- Excellent communication and conflict management abilities
- Commitment to LGBTQ advocacy and social equity
