Position Overview
Job Title: Client Relations Specialist
Employment Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Compensation: As a Client Relations Specialist, you will receive a competitive salary of £20,000, along with a 10% performance bonus, a contributory pension scheme, and life insurance coverage.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all inquiries related to their services. You will efficiently manage incoming communications and provide administrative support to the Account Management and Technical Teams, including report writing, presentation development, data compilation, and client response management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure timely delivery of client requests.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients.
- Ensure all client inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Contribute as a team member to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- Recent and relevant experience in customer service.
- A solid understanding of customer service principles.
- Experience in food business operations.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- A responsible demeanor with an emphasis on building strong relationships.
- Experience in face-to-face and written client interactions.
- Familiarity with laboratory environments.
Additional Requirements:
A-Level or a degree in a scientific field is desirable, along with operational experience in the food industry and/or laboratory settings.
