Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Hollywood Branding Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of website development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage website development projects from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, goals, and objectives, providing expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, coordinating with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, content creators, and marketing specialists.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring the quality and functionality of deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and functionality of deliverables through rigorous testing and review processes.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, providing a clear and transparent record of project activities and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, marketing, or communications.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a website project manager, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of web development technologies, including WordPress and Shopify, proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana), and familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
