Position Overview:
We are seeking an Agency Partner to enhance our collaboration with Independent Media Agencies, driving their digital growth on Snapchat. This role requires extensive expertise in sales, exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, and the capability to juggle multiple projects while possessing a profound understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate strategies and set priorities to optimize the effectiveness and value of Snapchat's advertising solutions through Independent Agencies.
- Oversee the financial performance of your assigned Agencies, ensuring that annual and quarterly partnership objectives are achieved.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, escalation resource, and thought leader for your Agencies.
- Establish Snapchat as a premier platform for brand development and business growth among various Agency stakeholders.
- Design and implement comprehensive educational initiatives across all Agency functions (media, digital, strategic planning).
- Conduct formal business evaluations with Agency leadership and key stakeholders.
- Gain insight into Agencies' operations and devise tailored solutions to address their requirements.
- Deliver exemplary client service and collaboration across all Agency sectors, including Investment, Planning, Social, and Research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stimulate revenue growth among new and existing clients.
- Monitor revenue performance across the Agency portfolio in the U.S. and identify necessary corrective actions.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proficient in influencing and communicating across various functions.
- Comprehensive understanding of Snapchat's value proposition, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Experience in navigating matrix organizations and securing support from key internal stakeholders.
- Adept at thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of building relationships at the executive level, both internally and externally.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, agency, media sales, and/or online advertising, managing businesses or accounts.
- Demonstrated experience in cultivating relationships with account contacts and driving revenue growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in sales and marketing within a commission-based role targeting advertising agencies.
- Direct experience managing agency relationships.
