Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Documentation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely documentation to support our exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain and request medical authorizations and prescriptions
  • Accurately log in authorizations and prescriptions
  • Follow up as needed to ensure the billing process is completed seamlessly
  • Fulfill pick-up requests to ensure timely delivery of essential medical supplies
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute positively to the team dynamic
  • Previous knowledge of medical insurance processes is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in using various software and tools to complete documentation tasks
