Clinical Care Nurse

The Clinical Care Nurse plays a vital role in patient management within a healthcare setting. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring optimal patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and analyze patient medical histories, medication plans, and diagnostic results upon entry to the care unit.
- Continuously monitor patient vital signs and accurately interpret data from medical devices.
- Administer prescribed medications and conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations.
- Communicate any changes in patient conditions to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain and update comprehensive patient documentation.
- Supervise nursing aides and other support personnel.
- Provide clear explanations of medical treatments and procedures to patients and their families.
Educational Background: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (ASN/BSN)
Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a clinical setting
Mandatory Requirements: COVID-19 vaccination
Licenses/Certifications: Current BLS, ACLS, and RN license valid in Georgia or a compact state. Basic Life Support certification is essential.
