Conflicts and Intake Specialist

Saul Ewing LLP is seeking a skilled professional to join its conflicts department. This role involves reviewing new business intake forms, identifying conflicts, and ensuring accuracy through verification, research, and communication with firm personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level analysis of conflict check requests for new business, including lateral hires.
  • Facilitate client and matter onboarding, conducting risk checks on new clients and mandates.
  • Undertake research and analysis on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Assist with maintaining databases and reviewing engagement letters for accuracy.
  • Develop a strong customer service approach and team focus.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in conflicts, IntApp, and Aderant.
  • Experience in client onboarding, preferably in a law firm setting.
  • Good understanding of the Rules of Professional Conduct and corporate structures.
Physical Demands:

The work environment is a professional office setting, requiring prolonged sitting, heavy computer use, and regular interaction with others.
