Conflicts Specialist

Saul Ewing LLP is seeking a skilled professional to join its conflicts department. This role involves reviewing new business intake forms, identifying conflicts, and ensuring accuracy through verification, research, and communication with firm personnel.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first-level analysis of conflict check requests for new business, including lateral hires.
- Facilitate client and matter onboarding, conducting risk checks on new clients and mandates.
- Undertake research and analysis on an ad-hoc basis.
- Assist with maintaining databases and reviewing engagement letters for accuracy.
- Develop a strong customer service approach and team focus.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in conflicts, IntApp, and Aderant.
- Experience in client onboarding, preferably in a law firm setting.
- Good understanding of the Rules of Professional Conduct and corporate structures.
The work environment is a professional office setting, requiring prolonged sitting, heavy computer use, and regular interaction with others.
