Job Description

As a Regional Sales Manager at PNC, you will be responsible for leading a team of Financial Advisors and sales support staff in the Greater Maryland market. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction by implementing effective sales strategies and coaching your team to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Financial Advisors and sales support staff
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve their goals
  • Oversee the execution of sales plans and account management
  • Manage risk and return for new and existing clients
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of industry experience, with at least 5 years of management experience
  • FINRA Series 7, 24 (or 9,10) and 66 (or 63,65) certifications
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
